Visio 2007 hang/crash on exit

I have a customer who has installed Visio 2007 on 3 laptops (with Visio 2007 SP3 applied). On exiting my Visio application, Visio hangs until it is killed off by windows. Crash dump says in msocore.dll

Any suggestions, they have checked but no addins are installed. I thought is would be  the usual suspect, that pesky bluetooth add-in.
