Hi Everyone,

The previous Visio person left our office and I got left a hard-copy of a diagram, it has Some  shapes that I cant seem to find in Visio 2010, if i post a copy of the drawing can anybody identify the shape? I put a red border on the two shapes. Thanks

At a guess: That looks like custom made shapes (not original Visio).
Maybe you can copy them from older drawings and put them into your own stencil?

Try:

File > Shapes > General > Blocks Raised

or in Visio 2010:

More Shapes > General > Blocks Raised
