Active Directory Import

How do I get the Visio 2010 Pro import an active directory (Exchange) field that is not listed by default in the list of choices?  For example: Email is not in the list. 

This leads to my 2nd question, can I use an Active Directory User field to set the shape?  For Example:  Can I put the word Manager, Assistant, Supervisor, Contractor or Employee in the user's "Description" field in Exchange and have it set the shape when importing?  I think we all have seen Org Charts where contractors are shaded differently than employees.
