So i want to create an Org chart using Visio on our Exchange 2010 environment.
What i would love is for the assistants to automatically change their shapes to the appropriate shape. I was hoping this would be achieved via the:
msExchAssistant, Assistant or Secretary fields in Active Directory but none appear to work, or i am not entering the values correctly.

My suspicion is that it is not one of the fields that Visio looks at, if that is the case is there an alternative to doing this? (short of exporting the data to Excel and reimporting it)

Also is there a way for Visio to use my ThumbnailPhoto attribute in Active Directory to populate the images?

Lastly, is there a way to apply settings and formats to the layout - and then re-sync the Org Chart with active directory to see what changes have been made, and then apply them?

I am new to visio with this functionality so any help would be appreciated.

Cheers,
Ivan
