Installation of Addon - Visio Super Utilities on a Vista Business laptop

I have installed the Addon - Visio Super Utilities on a XP Laptop with no issues - superb utility. I now want to load it on a Vista Business laptop with MS Visio 2007 and MS Office Enterprise 2007. It will not install. I tried a simple test with Notepad.exe as a mock Addon and the same thing happened. Any suggestions?

I suggested to Dale that he ask about this problem here.
Now as soon as Visio starts it comes up with an error that it has stopped working.
