Hi,

In windows explorer its possible to enable various columns in addition to the usual filename, size, date etc. One of these additional columns is 'File Version'. Does anyone know it it is possible to set that value within Visio so that when I list my documents I can see the version number?

Ideally I am wanting to keep the filename the same for multiple versions of the same document but just update the 'File Version' - (They won't all be in the same folder).

Cheers,

Andy
