This idea came from the microsoft.public.visio.developer newsgroup.

Currently, you can hyperlink to a shape on another page, and specify a zoom level about the page.

Some users would like to keep the whole destination page in view, but select the shape to which the hyperlink is pointing. Ie: highlight the shape without losing the user with a highly-zoomed-in window.
