Visio 2003 drawing pasted into Word 2007 table wont print

As the long subject says, a Visio 2003 drawing pasted into Word 2007 table wont print. This same drawing will print if it is pasted straight into the document (not in a table).

Is this a bug in Word tables? Is there a setting? I've tried enabling printing images etc.  :(
