In the shape offered as part of tutorial:

Get the Super-smart Visio Divided Box Shape!

How do I:

1 - Change the little circle from type number to type character
2 - How do I add another sub box ( currently offered is title & description, i would like to add another sub box)

Thanks

Hi FA,

The answer to #1 is on page 3 of the article, unless I've misunderstood.

#2 could require pages to answer, but the first step is to open the group and add a circle. You can open the group via the Edit menu (Edit > Open Divided Box or something similar) This takes you to a window that is "inside the group". You can draw shapes in here, then close the group window and you'll be back "outside".
