Hi all,

I'm new to this forum and my "relationship" with Visio is more of a Technical support aspect since I work IT and try to answer questions my customers come up to. So here's the situation: at one of my company's office file server there are old Visio files ([prevoius to 2000), that neither Visio Viewer 2002, 2003 nor 2007 can open. The full version of Visio 2003 can open them then save them to a format that will allow users with Visio Viewer to open. This is a nice workaround, however there are hundreds of those files on the file server...

Do you know of a batch converter that would allow to convert those files globally ? There is an old Microsoft  kb about a flowconv.exe, but the file is not availalbe for download anywhere I looked.

THanks for your help and suggestions !

create macros. record one (open - save - close) - then make it a loop through the directory

florent

That sounds great,

what do you mean by "Make it a loop" ?

Thanks.

Florent,
google some thing like "visual basic iterate directory"
