When Saving as DWG, Fills should translate to bhatch

I have just finished adding (Manually) hatch patterns that reside under my fill patterns (for normally closed valves on P&IDs).  The valve is closed via Shape Data value, and the fill and hatch pattern is shown in visio.

When saved as a dwg, only the hatch pattern translates to the dwg.

This would not have been too difficult except that the translation package was not able to figure out the logic.
