Yes, they do now as Visio 2010 hadn't been released back in February. I think only Visio 2010 is available now (unless you have MSDN or one of the other "specials").

If you have Office 2007, what's the problem with 2010?
If you want to have the same look and feel in your applications, you can't use Visio 2007 anyway, because it has not the ribbon menu, that all other Office 2007 products have, but still uses the old menu, known from all the previous Office Versions.

I think Jumpy's point was that V2010 is fully compatible with Office2007.  Both of these offer the new ribbon approach per Paul's reply.

Typically, each Visio upgrade gives a few more features, but is backward compatible with previous versions.  Visio 2010 went further than most upgrades changing the entire UI.

Yes, that was my point. MS made the jump in the UI concept from Visio 2007 to Visio 2010, that has been made in other office products from for example Excel 2003 to Excel 2007.
So from the point of the look and feel of the UI Visio 2010 is more suitable to Office 2007 than Visio 2007.

Have you tried the online Microsoft support for Visio?  Since you have a registered version, they should be able to help -- perhaps a slight fee to replace the CD.
