Ellipse with tangent lines

Hi,

Here is a new shape that has tangent lines.   
This shape has 4 controls.
1 to move center of ellipse,
2 to change long radius,
3 to change short radius,
4 to chage start point of tangent lines,
      this point is called pole in geometry.
