Guys, I have alot of old flowcharts here done on excel but a an equal number on viso standard. I'm currently updating our processes and a pre-requisite to have them all in the same format. Is there any way I can get these excel flowcharts into viso given the restrictions of age and viso standard. :-\ Thanks!

It depends  ;)

can you send a sample chart and more details (number of charts,...)

If the effort is worth it, you can analyse the excel shart programmatically and recreate in visio.

I googled "excel shapes vba" and got this first hint.
http://www.wer-weiss-was.de/theme161/article475317.html

The next search "excel connectors vba" sent me to MS
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa196410(office.11).aspx

So it's definitely possible to extract both the data and the connectors from excel.

Recreating them in visio should be simple.
