Hey All

I am new to Visio editing, please bear with what is probably an overly simplistic question.

We are using Visio to document our data cabinets, I have made a number of changes from the original version including the use of a background sheet, fields and creating a template.

Now the issue is that the boss wants the rack diagram to take up as much of the page as possible, which is fine we just changed the size of the rack shape but now when we drag a stencil on to the page we have to resize the stencil

I have tried putting the rack shape back to the original size and changing the drawing scale under the page setup menu thinking that it would modify the size off all shapes but for some reason it does not

Is there a way to adjust the scale of the shapes across the board I have a LOT of data cabinets and don't want to have to adjust everything I put on the drawings one by one

Thanks
Muss

I believe messing with the drawing scale gives mixed results with the rack equipment.  It would probably be more effective to leave the scale settings at their original value, and just change the page size.  That way everything still fits together as designed.

You can twiddle custom page size to get the "zoom" level you want, then, when you print, let the printer setup scale the drawing to fit a single sheet.
