I need to zero the "X" axis on a vertical line or zero the "Y" axis on a horizontal line.  Ctrl + dragging a guide to the line, almost zeros the line.  I need 0' 0.0000".  You can't always get that close with Cntrl + drag guide line.  [Close is for pitching horse-shoes and hand-grenades!]  Is there an add-on to get this done?

Yes, those almost irrational numbers.

1) Use the size and position window to manually type in the coordinate of your guide. You'll need to select it to get its coordinates displayed in the window, then you can correct the values manually.
You cannot view this attachment.
2) A general good advice is also to set the grid to fixed and the snapping to "grid".
