Elevation View Office Shapes?

After searching and searching I just can't find any office furniture and network equipment stencils or templates that have a "point of view" rather than the standard "overhead view". I have a need to show office layouts depicting furniture heights, electrical boxes, etc., from the floor up in a first person view as if looking at a wall in an office. Is there anything like this available for Visio ? I'm currently using Visio 2003 SP3. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

We use standard U.S. Type B NEMA 5-15 and NEMA 5-20 outlets here at our hospital.
