DWG export settings

Hey VisioGuys,
I've been having a bit of trouble with exporting drawings as DWG files. I have a couple of drawings that contain grouped shapes, including text fields. Once I export everything to DWG, the text fields are no longer grouped with the main shape. Is there any way I can keep them grouped or have the grouped shape be a block in the CAD file?
Or is there any DWG/CAD export plugins for Visio?

As I know we have not any options when export Visio's page to dwg/dxf!

In addition to the built-in addons 'Export to AutoCAD' and 'Export to AutoCAD DXF' (in which export goes according to a non-customizable algorithm), there is a third-party add-on 'VisiBatchExport'. But I dont use it, and dont know about export options...

VisiBatchExport efficiently converts large numbers of Visio drawings into formats that can be shared via email or posted on the web for viewing in Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD, or other programs. Its simple user interface requires no training other than a simple sheet of instructions.

I think VisiBatchExport just use the integrated Export function but without the need to do it manually.

No other workarounds for having drawings with grouped shapes and texts converted to dwg ?

I haven't heard of third party converters vsd(x) => dwg/dxf...
