I haven't purchased a license yet.  I actually installed it to give it try and use it merge Visio documents into a single Visio file with multiple maps.  Worked perfectly.
I ran the latest Visio upgrade, now running Version 2308 (Build 16731.20170).  This is in a Wiindows 11 VM running in VMware Fusion on a Mac.

What I found was that Visio diagrams started hanging.  Try to save them and they'd just spin and never finish.
I thought it was because I was accessing them via OneDrive so I moved the file locally.  The problem didn't go away.

For giggles, I uninstalled SuperUtils and the problem was gone.
I'm thinking it might be because I used it over 20 times and the built in timer started going off.  In this case I thought the delay only happened when you actually used any of the utilities not just using Visio in general.

The question then is when the delay happens, does it just cause a delay or does it put the SuperUtils splash screen up?
Do the delay happen only when using the utilities or whenever Visio is operating with the software installed?

I'm considering buying.  You have some really nice utilities here but I see there hasn't been an update in 2 years and I want to be sure there isn't a compatibility issue with the latest versions of Visio.

Matt

Hello Matt, many thanks for trying out the Utilities. I have an announcement to make very shortly which you will see on this forum.
However, there should be no reason why Visio should hang. But I haven't (and am not able to) try it out in VMWare on a Mac.

P.S. the reason the utils haven't been updated is because I've run out of ideas for new things to add, and there have been no bug reports!
Yet.

Hi Matt, since the support moved to me from Paul, I could try to look at this / fix it.

There is nothing the utilities do on document close, there is no subscription to "document closed" event or anything like this
(only on "document open" to keep track of the last used stencils). If it is the "nag" screen with countdown, may it be hidden behind Visio (try alt+tab?).

Does the application hang when you close Visio (along with the document), or close just the document?

Could you pls try my build here (just built, 3.8.2552):
