Good day everyone. If it is a possible function... is it possible to have a grouped shape, say named "Master01" which has several text fields that are autopopulated by different columns in an imported External Data table using say a model number in the first column that is matched to user input on the "Master01" shape data?
I was also wondering if it is possible to just paste the table data into visio somehow instead of using data import?

Well, think i got this sorted. I created multiple other text shapes within the master shape and then used insert field and linked them to the shape data with the same fields as my imported table
