I've been fiddling with a pretty interesting hack of Visio's list shapes:

I've fixed the file so you can now edit the text of the items and the new download is hooked up. The original download file some had the text-editing locked, so you could just make arcs/lists with numbers in them. Not very useful. There were a bunch of other minor errors that I also fixed.
