Great news for Visio users! D-Tools has officially released a new FreeTools PSL (Professional Symbols Library) app. FreeTools PSL is a free application for Visio users that will provide them with multiple industry-specific plan view Visio shape libraries and drawing templates to improve communication and project documentation.
Currently, FreeTools PSL includes three Symbol Libraries that contain associated stencils: Audio-Video-Control (AVC), Security, and Custom, and works with Visio 2007 - 2013.

1. This software seems to be more like an advert for your other non-Visio product.
2. Stencils downloaded several times - nothing visible.
3. Your menu overwrites other menus created by other addons - this is unacceptable.
4. Not all clients have a Street, City or State in their address.
5. If you are going to provide a drop-down list of countries then it's best to include every country - you've missed several - two of them where I have customers.
Because of item 1 I'm tempted to delete you - I'll wait for feedback from others.
