The ORG chart shapes, e.g., Manager, do not allow the user to selectively place the Divider Line. This becomes a problem if there are more than two lines of text, in which case, the Divider line is always below the 1st line of text. This "smart" manager shape allows selectable positioning of the line, either centered, below 1st line of text, or above last line of text. Also, this educated "boss" knows which line position options to allow based upon the number of text lines. Finally, the size of the shape scales with character/text size, but not quite as well as I would like.
