Title: Cannot change connector text background

Setting text block background of a connector object in Visio 2013 Professional does not work anymore. Any ideas please ?

My Visio 2013 professional is setting properly the background colour of connector texts.
Must be something else.
Layer???

Like Yacine, I'm able to set the text background as well.

Is this a regular connector line from the Tools section of the Home Tab?  If not, check the "TextBkgnd" setting in the Text Block Format portion of the Shapesheet.  Maybe it's GUARDed?
