Title: Inserting pictures problems

Hi gang,
I used to be able to insert a tiff or PNG but no more. I get this "An error (929) occurred during the action Insert Picture"
I have not changed anything. I did upgrade to 2013 and used to insert a picture and tried 2010 also and get the same error notice.
HELP!!!
