Title: shape name in shapesheet not matching drawing explorer

when I was iterating through some connects I noticed something didn't seem quite right. I was getting some old names that I had changed via the drawing explorer but they are not changing in the shapesheet title.
can anyone shed some light on this?

That seems to be it, weird I thought that I had changed both name properties in the past this way. must be mistaken.
