Change cad files to visio

hi guys
i have a lot of cad files and wonder can i bring them in as one folder to visio, or even better convert them all to visio.dwg, (in one go)and add them to my stencils? i know i can import one at a time and convert but this would take far to long and really not woth it, another question can i view a cad file without opening it in a viewer,my folder is full of stuff but i have to open it to see what it is,(badly named whoever did it originally)thanks in advance
any help please

Looks like one file at a time is the only option. I don't think it can even be automated without having to select each file in turn.
