Help in drawing structure

Hi everyone.  I need help in drawing the attached protein structure, if anyone has any ideas on how to tackle this I would really appreciate it.  Thanks!

I think such diagrams are better drawn in a tool specific to the task, better to use a 3D tool or one of the specialised molecular drawing programs.

Could use these shapes....this would be pretty tedious....but could do it

as pointed out...there are tools targeted for this kind of thing...so might want to consider them
