Style override Shape text.

I have some shapes in a stencil with Calibri 8, when i drag them onto the page the change to Arial 10.
this only seems to have occured since the company upgraded to Office365.

I have found the styles and blocked them all from applying, and changed the `normal` style default text to Calibri 8... but it still changes to Arial 10.
the worksheet has no styles used and the shapes have no styles - and ive protected them from themes

what am i missing ?
