Using swim lanes

Hi....needing to use swim lanes but I do not want the row for phase or the title row. How do I delete these? I am not new to flowcharting but I have not used advanced features of Visio.

Select the whole shape, edit the shapesheet, in the User section you will see two rows:
visShowTitle
visShowPhase
Set them both to 0.
