I'm using Visio Pro 2019 on Windows 10 Pro version 21H1. It is a clean install of W10 & VP, along with MS Office 2016, as of July 2019. Upon running Visio, it would prompt to install other programs such as Visual Studio Code, etc. It would do this every time Visio was started up. I reinstalled Visio numerous times and it still happened. So I configured Visio to only run once the user allows it - the "User Account Control Do you want this app..." prompt. It takes about 3 minutes to load.

When I attempt to select an add-on to run (Operations -> click Add-on icon), the Vision dropdown menu shows hundreds of program files. Visio -> Options -> Add-ins also shows hundreds of program files that are unrelated to Visio. None of the Visio Extras add-ins are shown. I have not installed any Visio add-ins. There are not COM add-ins installed, nor any shown as available.

A previous installation of Win 10 and VP 2019 ran the Visio Extras add-ins just fine, along with MS Office 2016 programs.

See attached file for screenshots.

Startup is C:\

Ding! There's the problem. Delete that and all will be well with the world.
