In the stencil pane, all 'Lines' are invisible. They all look fine when they are moved over into the working sheet, just not in the stencil pane.

Also asked here:
We discussed this bug with TimUmix on the Russian-language Visio forum (look through the translator).

My first advice about using the "No Theme" theme. It turned out to be unrelated. Shapes that have a very small size are displayed in the stencil window with a visible outline.

In same thread user write that the problem began to appear after December 12, even in version 2016 (version 2111 build 14701.20226).

I wrote about this issue to the Visio development team directly...

Ribbon File -> Options -> General
and ensure 'Enable Live Preview in Shapes Window' is ticked

Ticking this does not help (as for me). @Paul, you could check that with VSSX_sampler, stencil sampler\micros for example (from your stencils).
I believe this is the newest Visio (Plan 2) build, can't be helped until Microsoft fixes it.

If you googled you can find mentions that this issue is found in Visio On Premise (2016+) latest updates since 12/12/2021, Visio Plan 2 this appeared more than a month ago.
I have already written about it to the developers!

These shapes don't have icons, any icon for most of these shapes would be far too complicated to show anything useful in a 32x32 icon, or even a 64x64 icon.
