Error running Visio VSTO in VS debugging mode

I get this error running a Visio VSTO in Visual Studio debugging mode:

Exception thrown: 'System.Deployment.Application.DeploymentException' in System.Deployment.dll

I read only that this may be related to ClickOnce Deployment, I tried turning off most ClickOnce options but still getting the error.

Have you seen this error and do you have some hints for me where I might look for a possible solution to resolve the error?

The add-in works fine but sometimes Visio will take quite long to start up, which I think might be related to this error.
