Create Visio Flowchart Programmatically

I found this link

and was wondering if anybody knows if the attachment can be downloaded on this forum anywhere?  It doesn't seem to download for me from that link.  I do get a download, but it is 1kb and has no extension

which 1k attachment do you mean?  i download there zip archive with 29k vsd-document…

Hello and thank you for your reply.  For me it just downloaded as

Is it possible you could attach the file here that you downloaded?
