Corrupted Visio figure

Dear Friends,
I have drawn some figures in Visio, But the problem is that when I close the Visio file, the Block diagrams and the its contents(formula) becomes corrupted(As the attachment). I have to double click on the block diagram contents and resize them to correct it. But, the problem exists as I close the Visio file.

Any help regarding solving this matter will be truly appreciated.

1-With Mathtype
2-I have tried Visio 2016 and 2019

I use Visio & Office 2019
1. In MS Word create content with Equation
2. Select content and paste it in MS Visio as paste special / MS Word
3. Open content as embedded Word application, just double click at content.
4. In Design tab in MS Word ribbon select option Convert to text

Thanks, but I have found what was the problem. I have used the keys "Crtl","Shift" and "." to enlarge the fonts of the block diagrams. Meanwhile I shouldn't use these keys and enlarge them with mouse.
