Chrome finish as a fill

anyone tried to use the fill effect area to create a "chrome" finish or a "high glossy sheen"  finish on a shape ..
similar to the artwork you may find in hot rod magazines.

I can do it with pencil on paper, however I thought it would be cool to use the Visio tool .

if you could post an example or link, please.  :)
