I have been some time lost in projects withought visio, bet here i am back!
Hope all of you are in good health!
I have been looking for VSM template/stencil that at the end self calculates Cycle time/ Lead time graph and adjust the grapics accordingly.
I saw Paul`s template, but by some reason is not working (or i cannot make it run) at my PC.
And since VSM is difficult to search because returns 10000 results - can you give me a hint for a dynamic representation of VSM
