Yes I agee vojo but behind it is something very interesting:

That is one of the most compelling use cases and business cases for Visio I've ever seen! If you know an even better one, let me know!

yes .. it is an ideal Tool for track possession scheduling.
layering on a time line , the track schematics are simple yet well suited for the Visio suite of drawing tools.
Most engineering sections provide Visio as a default drawing tool to disseminate there ideas throughout an organisation.

I like the ODBC and SDK flexibility in the product.
It is most powerful desktop tool when you realise it can interact with a range of Microsoft and even Google applications ( Google Earth).
