Hello,
I created a few stencils and now the text wraps when it's wider then the stencils width.
Would anyone know how to stop that behaviour (preferably on the master)?
Thanks for thinking!

Do you mean stencils or do you mean shapes?

Hi Andi,

Paul's right, it's not clear what you mean. Are you talking about text on shapes in a page, or the text on the masters in the green stencil window?

Taking a wild stab, that you mean shape, and that when the shape is selected, as you type in new text, it tries to stay within the bounds of the shape and does so by wrapping and starting a new line?  This is normal behavior for shape text.

If you don't mind the text sticking out beyond the shape, then you can correct this behavior in the shapesheet.  Go to the menu bar > Window > Show shapesheet.  Right click in the shapesheet window, select insert section, choose Text Transform.  Scroll down to the Text Transform section.  In the TxtWidth cell, enter: TEXTWIDTH(TheText).  Now the text should be a single line without wrapping.
