Sheet.<id> reference does not work

Hello everyone!
I was trying to follow the lesson "Link Fields to Subshape Text" http://www.visguy.com/2018/02/14/link-fields-to-subshape-text/
The problem is that the Sheet.<id>!Prop. reference does not work for me!
What can be the problem? Сould it be localized Visio? Maybe sheet should be in local language?

Hi Scaffold,

1. Are you sure the id of the shape you are trying to reference is actually 5? (Most likely the id of the group that contains a subshape?)
2. If #1, then can you type in a valid expression, and is it accepted as valid, even without the intellisense?

I just tried in my Visio, which is the latest and greatest.

1. Draw two rectangles on a blank page
2. Group them (group is now Sheet.3
3. Subselect one of the rectangles
4. Press F2 to edit text, Ctrl + F9 to get Insert Pole
5. Select "Nastraivayemaya" Formula and type Sheet.3! ... intellisense works!

When you type in the formula, after you enter the number 5 and hit ! it should come up with the list of available entities, if not then that number is not correct.

Сould it be localized Visio? Maybe sheet should be in local language?

I didnt have problems in Visio with russian interface since 2011. Especially when you refer to shape by ID.
Are you sure that shape.5 exist? Intellisence feature usually suggest exist cells names or properties

Я пользуюсь Визио с русским интерфейсом с 2011 года, никогда не было проблем с локализацией. Когда используется обращение к фигуре по ID! Другое дело проблема локальных имен.
Вы уверены что shape.5 существует? Обычно функция автозаводе ничего предлагает завершить имя ячейки или названия свойства для фигуры после ввода нескольких букв.
