New to Visio and Stumped

Hello pros: I created a simple chart with lines connecting basic shapes. One and only one line that shows on print preview refuses to print. I've checked layer properties and print is checked for this line. I changed to a connector and same situation.

Please help! Thank you.

did you try copying one of the good lines and see if it prints?
on page properties, you set the print region to catch all lines   (design ==> lower right corner of page setup)?
print to pdf? and then view it


I don't recall ever seeing that behavior

I copied the entire thing and pasted it, and got the stubborn non-printing line to print. thank you!
