Visio Flowchart from Excel Process Map using VBA

Hi, I've found VBA code for Horizontal Swimline on different forum however it doesn't fit to my project. I tried to use Visio macro recorder in order to solve my issues but I got really confused with it and I have two questions.

1. Is there any possibility to create vertical flowchart based on below code (horizontal swimline) ?
2. Is there any way to add column (column I) with color name/color code? I'd like to have marked shapes for example on green/blue/red.

Visio has now dedicated "Data Visualizer" (it creates diagrams from Excel data). It's pretty flexible. You don't need any code to use it.
To color your shapes, you can use data graphics ("color by value" feature)

The code you posted is pretty obscure, I'd contact the author for explanations.
