Dynamic Connector Default Settings

Hello,

I am looking for the way to change the default settings for dynamic connectors.

I have a base file that I am looking to make this change to so that all future files built from it inherit this change.

The default Dynamic Connector's reroute property is set to "Freely" and I would like to change the default to "Never."

Is there a way to change this default from "Freely" to Never"?

1 drag connector on to page
2 change the settings
3 save the connector to a stencil
4 use it at will in the future

Yes I am aware that is an option, but that is not what I am asking.

I am asking if I can change the default settings so I can simply select the connector from the ribbon rather than using a stencil.
