Shape Data Sets not Displaying

Hi,

When I right click on the "Shape Data" Window and the select "Shape Data Sets", the pop-up does not appear.

I have used this functionality many times before and it used to work fine.
Now, all of a sudden, I do not get the pop-up window that allows me to manage Shape Data Sets.

Could I have "switched off" the functionality by mistake by any chance?

Any thoughts will be appreciated.
