Hyperlinks on PDF

Hello,

I have a few hyperlinks in my document that links to different pages in the file (works in Visio and the PDf file). I would also want to be able to link textboxes/comments to shapes on the current page, when i do this the links works in Visio but not in the pdf file why is this and is there a solution ?
