How to Modify a document property on a Stencil.

I am currently programatically generating a stencil and I save a property to its Document Properties.

I cannot find a way to view or modify this value or any Document properties on a stencil with Developer tab or anything else in Visio.

I image this can be done. Anyone have any ideas?
