Hi,
i have to represent some piping flanged connections using line ends.
This is not a problem, i draw it, and configure as "Oriented with the line".

But i have to include a Letter like B or N to identify the type of flange.

This Letter follow the orientation of the line and i don't want this.
I need to have it always horizontal.

So I try to edit the Line End, go to the Letter and see the field ANGLE in the Shapesheet.

Is there a way to fix the orientation of the Letter (here it is not a Text but a drawn "B")?

Thanks for your help.

Thanks,
but it seems i can't place a Text in the Line End symbol??? I don't see it at all.
That's why i drawn the B with line and combined them.

use text transform to position text RE the line.   Gravity can help as well

To clarify what both Yacine and Vojo indicate,

1) in the shapesheet, you need to insert the Text Transform section.  That's where you'll find the TxtAngle cell.  This allows text orientation to have a different setting than the shape orientation.
2) in the link provided, you want either step 5, text that's always level or
3) step 9, that uses gravity.

Many thanks to all of you.

But i can't do that because my Text in the Line End definition is not visible.

How can i see it?
Then i can test your solutions.

I've overseen that you are working with line end patterns.
Despite you can set line ends to stay horizontal, I don't know of any way to display dynamic labels in them.
This means, for the geometry of the connector, you can stay with the line end pattern, for the labelling however, you should work in the connector shape.

Transform the connector in a group (don't group, but transform into group!)
Open the group, add 2 text shapes + 2 control points.
bind the each text shape to a control point
insert the according fields of the parent in the text shapes.

We've done it dozens of times. Here are just some examples:
