Linking Visio to Excel

Hello all.
I have a drawing of a populated server rack. I also have an Excel spread sheet with the contents of the rack listed by unit level rows and other columns of identifiers. When in Visio when i click on a specific server it shows me the IP address. How can i hyper link this IP address in Visio drawing to the IP address location on my Excel spread sheet?
