Shapes won't resize to drawing scale

Hi

I would like to create a new stencil with some master shapes.
I create the shapes on a page with drawing scale 1:1 and drag them onto my master stencil.

But when I create a new page with a different dawing scale like 1:50 and I drag my shape onto the page, the shape does not resize according to the drawing scale.

What is it I am doing wrong?
