Since upgrading to Visio 2013, I have encountered a blue shade behind any font in the JPEG and PNG I create; I've searched all over in the font tabs, the shading tabs, etc., to figure out why this is happening; I am at a loss; can anyone help?

I don't see it.  Is your display driver up to date?

Can you upload a sample Visio file?  VSD file type preferred.

I can't see anything in that image - but do you have shadows enabled?

well, contrary to the other two, I can see the blue. Looks like a text background with like 99%transparency. Maybe check for that. Dont have any other idea atm.
